Who am I actually paying? +

You buy your subscription directly from MentorHarness — never from an individual mentor. Checkout and billing run through our merchant-of-record partner (Paddle or Lemon Squeezy), so you get one secure payment, one invoice, and built-in buyer protections. We engage and pay the mentors ourselves.

How much does mentorship cost? +

Plans are fixed and set by MentorHarness — Lite at $120, Standard at $220, and Pro at $390 per month — and the same plans apply to every mentor on the roster. Every new mentee starts with a free 20-minute intro call, and you can cancel anytime.

What if my mentor isn't the right fit? +

Because you're our customer (not the mentor's), switching is painless. In your first 7 days you can switch to any other mentor on the roster or get a full refund — no awkward conversations, no questions asked.

How are mentors selected? +

The roster is closed and curated. Every mentor is interviewed, experience-checked, and accepted at a rate of roughly 1 in 8 before being engaged as an independent contractor. Session feedback and ratings keep the bar high over time.

Can I join the mentor team? +

We periodically add specialists to the roster. Mentors are engaged as independent contractors and paid through established freelance platforms like Upwork or Freelancer.com — MentorHarness handles all client billing and support. Apply via the For mentors page.
